Vinyl Embellished Concrete Tomato
Drive anywhere in Jacksonville Proper and you’re bound to spot the town’s iconic concrete tomatoes – a nod to the community’s rich history of the
“Tomato Capital of the World” glory days. These globes typically portray something specific to the businesses, and can be challenging to paint with graphics and messages. This approach utilizes diecut and digital vinyl, affording more resilience to the East Texas elements, as well as more vivid and flexible design options.
SCOPE OF WORK
Concept, design, and production oversight for the JHS Class of ’79 Reunion Committee. The tomato is installed at Sonic Drive-In, a popular hangout for the “Mighty Fine” class as well as others.
